RE:SAP:Different assigned values in CJ31 and S_ALR_87013558 - Budget/Actual/Commit
Dear ps experts,
I am getting this error one project in PROD
Project getting assigned values in CJ31 Budget is 498,753,175 and assigned value is 127,907,382.29
And also Extra > availability control > analysis (assigned value = 127,907,382.29)
But in budget report S_ALR_87013558 assigned value is 194.962.298.
I run CJEN, CJBN, RKANBU01 but still problem is as it is.pl see screen shots
kindly help me very urgent basis

CJ88 - Excluding of cost element from settlement run
May I know how to exclude a cost element from being processed by CJ88?
Reason for exclusion of costs posted to the cost element was because the costs posted were internal labour costing. Under my company's internal audit department's understanding such costs should not be settled to AuCs which are subsequently capitalized when the product is completed.
We have currently maintained the cost element under a cost element group MSLABOUR. This cost element group is maintained in allocation structure. For the assignment we maintained as such:
1. FXA - Unchecked - Settlement Receiver 40200020
2. CTR - Checked
3. WBS - Checked
I have tried previously to remove the cost element group from the allocation structure however it has resulted in other costs posted to the WBS element unable to settle when error was encountered by the settlement run when system tries to settle costs posted to the cost element (internal labour costs).
PS experts, appreciate your advices please.

WBS-element field in Reservation
Hello to everyone, please could you please help me to resolve this issue.
We plan material for a project, through reservation to Network with material component (415 MvT). It is not known in advance if unrestricted stock exists, or it has to be procured from vendor. For this, MRP for project is intended to determine, and if required, created Planned Order after MRP run (Purchase Requisition consequently).
For unrestricted use stock to be considered in MRP, we set indiv./coll. field in MMR (MRP4 tab) to value 2.
After this, we cannot create reservation to WBS-element, bot only to Network (Error CN755 - An alternative account assignment/stock assignment is not possible). Otherwise, MRP run does not consider unrestricted use stock.
The problem with this reservation, it does not retrieve the value of WBS-element, and during the goods movement with reference to it (MIGO), it asks to fill a WBS-element, even though no field is open.
We tried to customize 415 MvT, define WBS-element field there, but no way to resolve this.
We could do one of two things:
1. Open WBS-element field in goods movement
2. Pass the value of WBS-element to reservation, considering Indic./Coll. field in MMR (MRP4) must be 2 (Coll.).
I surfed this forum many times, and have already read many discussions, but no use. If someone faced this issue before, and successfully resolved this, or could know ho to do this, please share your experience.

Commitement Values in PS
Hi,
We are using both SAP and other system in our scenario. With SAP, we do project structure creation and budgeting. However project accounting related activities like PO, GRN are done in other external system. As we are not using MM, POs are not replicated in SAP. However for budget control, we need to update commitment values in SAP. To update commitment values, we are planning to use funds commitment using FMZ1 tcode. by using this, commitments get updated and also the budget report looks ok. To update the actual costs in SAP against a project, we do financial posting against a WBS with a value equal to GRN value in other system. While posting this journal entry, is there any way we can refer the funds commitment value created for WBS earlier, so that commitment value reduces as of actual cost. One work around I am looking is, while posting journal entry, I should first reduce the commitment value and then post the same amount.
Please let me know if you have solution to this.

1. what are the Prerequisites?
2. How it works - means how data will get transferred from primaver to SAP?
3. whether this transferr is Direct or some third party tool required. if yes then may know the options?

Error while deriving Project Structure
Dear ,
I have craeted a Project Y.006 with ACL functionality and all WBs elements at level 1 and saved project.
Now I am Opening the project and trying to derive the structure But I am gettting information message.
" You do not have create authorization in Y.006 object"
After clicking more help on that information message window it is showing Message no."CNACL_MSG_CL053"
I have also tried to locate the message number where it is used but not getting any result, getting result as no output.
But for the project where ACL functionaly is not active I am not getting any error. This error is coming only for the ACL fucntionaly active project.
Request you to revert with the reson and solution if anyone came across this type of issue.

Valuated Stock/Non-Valuated Stock or No Stock for Valuated Sale Stock Case
Dear All,
We are using Valuated Sales Order Stock for MTO/MTS Scenario with PP. Now, we want to use Project WBS for Monitoring and tracking cost of Projects using Project System and PS Cash Management Integration (WBS will be attached in Sales Order Line Item).
Let me know which Stock I need to use for this in Project Profile. i.e. Valuated Stock/Non-Valuated Stock or No Stock.
Please note that we are using Project WBS Only for better cost monitoring and for high level reporting.
Kindly Provide me your comment on same.

Planned Dates Vs Actual Dates for Activities
Hi,
When i confirm an activity the planned dates are replaced with the actual dates. This way i am not able to view the planned vs actual dates scenario.
Can you please suggest a solution wherein the planned dates remain as they are even after confirmation.

PR restriction wrt to BOM quantity
Hi all,
I have one requirement from my client that If a BOM is assigned to the WBS and the PR is raised against that WBS manually through ME51n, then system should restrict if PR quantity for material exceeds the quantity mentioned in WBS BOM. Is there any standard configuration for this or shall I go with any enhancement.
Also is there any way to have the BOM automatically being displayed in the WBS component overview after doing CN33.
