1. what are the Prerequisites?
2. How it works - means how data will get transferred from primaver to SAP?
3. whether this transferr is Direct or some third party tool required. if yes then may know the options?
4. How much it cost approximate? any option to transfer data without any third party tool?
5. any documents if you are having related to this please do send on same Id

I have created one project in which I had assigned project profile and Hierarchy of WBS elements.
In project profile I had already assigned the settlement rule and settlement strategy (Acc Assg "5 Superior WBS Element"), by which settlement rule should be automatically created after the creation of project.
Then I tried to create settlement rule via CJB2 settlement rule is created. As after creation of settlement rule I have modified by structure by adding WBS element at 3 and 4 level. As again settlement rule should be copied from higher level WBS element. Its not getting generated automatically.
For this again I am trying to generate Settlement rule via CJB2 by entering the WBS element IN.00000.001.001.002 system generates an error " CJ115 Could not find superior WBS element for WBS element"
So my question is 1. as I had already mentioned settlement profile and settlement strategy why settlement rule is not generated automatically?
2. Why I am getting an error in CJB2 which creation of settlement rule

Hi All,
I am trying to change the responsible person column number 1, 2, and 3 to # 400231, 400211 and 400312 per the screenshot below but the column 1, 2 and 3 is grey can not be changed.
If I delete the column 1-3 and redefine with the correct number but with still same name of responsible person. Is it a good choice or is there other way to change the column 1, 2 and 3 for the responsible person and key in the required number #400231, 400211 and 400312?

Am aiming to understand Results Analysis from SAP Cost Controlling perspective and how the data is collected and calculated?
I have already studied all the sap library documentation related to Results Analysis, there are so many transactions mentioned and i m very much confused.
There is much theoretical information available but no practical implementation info is available.
Kindly guide me through the entire process and sequence of the Results Analysis
Like which t-code should be executed first and what are the pre-requisites and whatu2019s the output of each transaction/process.
what exactly is the need, uses and the output of the Results Analysis?
if any body could provide some readymade notes like pdf etc, APART FROM THE SAP LIBRARY it would be great.

Is to possible to use a set of cost element range (for example; 00001-99999) in an user status for a WBS element, to allow postings with only those cost elements? If yes, please let me know how to configure the same in system.
Also, let me know, whether it’s possible to restrict different types of postings to specific WBS elements via user statuses?

i want a report that should display the details of actual budget consumed against the WBS, just like when we run Tcode:S_ALR_87013558 and select GOTO>>Line Items>>Project commitment line items and we get all the break-ups for commitment budget with matching figures.
However same options is not available for details of actual budget consumed with matching amount figures. Is there any option for this requirement??how we can get the details for actual budget consumed against any WBS??

Hi every one,
We have scheduled a job to transfer time entries which were booked against network & activity on daily basis, but for some reason the time entries are not getting posted against the network (Only for certain network, see attachment), though it is not showing any error message when i saw the spool log for the job in SM37. When i ran CAT5 in test mode it is showing time entries which needs to be booked against the network and activity.
Can some one help me out to transfer the time entries via the job??

Hi guru,
I have a little project with one root and three WBS element at second level.
My client wants to assign budget only to WBS element at first level and have budget availability control for all project. Let me explain better.
I assign budget to first wbs element. After some months I create a purchase order of 100 eur to WBS element of second level. In this case, the system give me a warning message ( we set only warning message in tolerance limit ) that the budget is exceed of 100 euros.
Is there a way to have availability control for whole project and not only for single wbs element?

i went se16n and given BPGE table i didn't wbs elements and projects also.
where we can find those projects.

Our business would like to use Network and dmultiple activties to capture Labor and maintence cost?
I am aware that Networks can be linked to Work order and Network must be mainatined as Optional in Settlement Profile?
What is the best practice to link? Networks or Subnetworks?

I have a problem when run MRP for PS by MD51. I have a project structure below:
Project definition: K-52
1.WBS element: K-52-01
Network: 101
Activity: 101 - 10 (material A, quantity = 10)
2.WBS element: K-52-02
Network: 102
Activity: 102 - 10 (material A, quantity = 25)
WBS element: K-52-02-01
Network: 103
Activity: 103 - 10 (material A, quantity = 15)
WBS element: K-52-02-02
Network: 104
Activity: 104 - 10 (material A, quantity = 25)
Each activity, I choose generate reservation instead of PR directly.
1. When I run MRP by MD51 for project definition K-52, the system generated 4 planned order for material A of each activity. This's no problem
2. When I run MRP by MD51 for WBS element K-52-01, the system generated 4 planned order for each activity like when I run MRP for project definition. I just want run MRP for WBS element K-52-01, but I don't know what happen and how to fix it. This's the first problem.
3. When I run MRP by MD51 for WBS element K-52-02, the system generated 2 planned or ther for K-52-01 and K-52-02, I don't know how system generate planned order for K-52-01. This's the second problem.
4. When I run MRP for WBS element K-52-02-01, the system generated 2 planned or ther for K-52-01 and K-52-02-01, I don't know how system generate planned order for K-52-01. This's the third problem
5. When I run MRP for WBS element K-52-02-02, the system generated 2 planned or ther for K-52-01 and K-52-02-02, I don't know how system generate planned order for K-52-01 as like as run mrp for K-52-02-01 above. This's the fourth problem
How I fix that, hopping your support.

Hi,
We have a X,Y, & Z company code.
For which we have A,B & C plant respectively.
Now Company code Y & Z is getting merged with X.
Solution that is accepted is similar new plants will be created in X and thereby migration will happen.
Thereby in plant B & C what all steps needs to be followed for migration of data related to SAP PS.
Note :- Relevant configurations of PS exists in all the company codes and plants

Hi All,
I have a scenario in my project where in when I create a wbs element, the cost center should be the required field, I have made the necessary configuration in field selection but when I create a wbs, along with the cost center ,object class has also become mandatory.
I have selected hide for all the object class for wbs in modified and influencing fields, but still when I create wbs the system asks to select object class before saving the wbs created.
