Automatic delimit dates of exit employee in WBS

Hi,

I want to automatically delimit the date in WBS for a employee when he is separated from organization.

Currently the employee are assigned in WBS, once separated/resigns the users have to manually go to WBS and delimit the date of employee in WBS.

If a employee is separated/resigns from organization, the date still shows as active in assigned WBS.

Is there way to delimiting dates automatically as last working day, if an employee separated/resigns.

Please help.
