my credit is not showing in the budget and therefore i'm unable to create a requisition.
work order (F) PO created for 355000$.
SES (GR) done for 266,250.
IR-L done for 266.250.
THEN business created a CREDIT MEMO of 16000- and that is making the budget unavailable for another requisition.
please advise.
