DP81 sales price not flowing into Quotation

Dear Experts,

Business scenario is

cost planning is done in PS by Easy Cost planning method. this cost needs to be transferred to quotation with complete break up of cost. hence we decided to go with Sales Pricing process.

we configured DIP with

1. Usage as 11,
2. we defined characteristics for
   1. Activity type with check activated on character relevant, mat determination and no summation
   2. Material,with check activated on character relevant, mat determination and no summation
   3. Cost Element,with check activated on character relevant, mat determination and no summation
   4. Currency with check activated on character relevant
   5. Unit of Measure.with check activated on character relevant
3. Source as ECP
4. Material Determination - Materials with Transfer cost and Qty.
5. Determination criteria - empty as there is no restriction in CE and Activity type
6. DIP profile assigned to Project profile
7. Inquiry created with WBS assigned and DIP Profile assignment.

when we execute DP81 with WBS and Inquiry, transfer amount is fetched properly from ECP and is shown in Transfer amount and Transfer % as 100. while we save the Quotation, the transferred amount is not seen there. Also the materials shown in quotation is not the details available in ECP. can you help in overcoming the issue.

we don't understand why SER001 is no picked from DIP for cost of 465. Also after save of this quote, this break up is not seen in Quotation. can you help in sorting the issue
